Most educational video is made up for the camera. Ours is not: we record real one-to-one classes, which means the raw material is unscripted, long, and occasionally brilliant. Your job is to find the brilliant minute and cut everything else away — then give it a title card, a thumbnail and a look that is recognisably ours.

- Cut short, self-contained lessons out of full-length class recordings
- Edit founder-led videos for YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram
- Produce reels and shorts from longer teaching sessions
- Design thumbnails, title cards and social creatives
- Keep one visual identity across every channel
What we're looking for
- A showreel or portfolio of work you edited yourself
- Command of a professional editing suite and a design tool
- A feel for pacing — you can find the clearest minute in a long explanation
- Comfort working from raw, unscripted footage rather than a shot list
- Enough subject sense not to cut an explanation halfway through its point
Nice to have
- Motion graphics used to explain an idea, not to decorate it
- Experience making educational or explainer content
- Subtitling and making a cut read correctly with the sound off
