Cancellation Policy

How to cancel or reschedule a class, how the 2-hour window works, and what happens to your session credit.

Last updated: July 27, 2026

Life happens — school events, travel, and time-zone changes are normal. This policy explains how class cancellations and rescheduling work so your session credits are always handled fairly. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

Cancel a class more than 2 hours before it starts and the session credit returns to your balance and is automatically rescheduled — nothing is lost.

Rescheduling window (the 2-hour rule)

You can reschedule with reasonable notice. Whether a cancellation is free depends on how close it is to the class start time:

  • More than 2 hours before start: Cancel freely. The reserved session credit is released back to your balance and the class is automatically rescheduled to the end of your current package. No session is consumed.
  • Within 2 hours of start: The class is inside the lock window. Cancelling then uses one emergency credit (see below).

Emergency credits (last-minute changes)

To keep last-minute changes fair to everyone, students earn one emergency credit for every 8 completed classes. A cancellation inside the 2-hour window spends one emergency credit and still reschedules the class. If no emergency credit is available, a class inside the 2-hour window cannot be cancelled for free and is treated as delivered.

Parent-initiated cancellation

A parent or student can cancel an upcoming class from the dashboard. Purchased sessions are never reduced by a cancellation — the credit simply returns to your pool (outside the lock window) and the class is rescheduled so your total number of sessions stays intact.

Student no-show

If a student does not join a scheduled class and it was not cancelled in advance, that session is treated as delivered and the credit is consumed. If something genuinely prevented attendance, contact us — we review these fairly.

Mentor-initiated cancellation

If a mentor needs to cancel a scheduled class, you are never charged for it. We will offer a replacement time or return the session credit to your balance at no cost, and we aim to give as much notice as possible.

Platform-initiated cancellation

Rarely, we may need to cancel or move a class for reasons outside our control — for example, a technical or third-party platform outage. In these cases the session credit is preserved and returned to your balance, and we help you reschedule promptly.

Package cancellation & refunds

If you decide to stop entirely, you can cancel your package and we refund the unused sessions — no questions asked, within 10–14 working days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
