Sales Executive
You'll speak with parents who've reached out, understand their child's needs, and help them choose the plan that genuinely fits. This is consultative, relationship-led sales — we win by being clear and trustworthy, not pushy. If you listen well and explain calmly, you'll do well here.

- Respond to inbound enquiries by call, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand each family's needs and recommend the right plan honestly
- Guide parents through demo scheduling, enrollment, and payment
- Follow up thoughtfully and keep the pipeline organised in our tools
- Share parent feedback with the team so the product keeps improving
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in sales, counselling, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent spoken and written English; warm, patient communication
- Consultative mindset — comfortable listening more than pitching
- Organised follow-up habits and comfort with CRM/spreadsheet tools
Nice to have
- Experience selling to parents or in education/edtech
- Comfort working across USA/Canada time zones
